I've found Zomig to be the best of the "pills" to abort a CH, it seems to do the most thorough job. However, even if I take it on an empty stomach, a pill will take 30 to 45 minutes to become effective for me. I've found the best relief from Oxygen (works in about 10 minutes, effective about 80 percent of the time), then Imitrex nasal sprays (also works in about 10 minutes, never has failed me). Injections are a little quicker but I prefer the nasal spray due to cost.
That's my experience -- look over the board for lots more! Good luck with your cycle, hope it's a short one.
