I am about three weeks into one of my worst CH cycles
in 30 years. About 4 CHs every night. I remembered a
cycle some years ago when I fell asleep with the oxygen on.
The tank was nearly empty the next morning, but no CHs that
night. Last night I tried sleeping with low oxygen
(2 1/2 - 3 L/min) and had my first good night's sleep,
no CHs, in a week! This is only anecdotal, one night,
but something to consider when nothing else is working.
