I too had gone several years, I think it was nine, since my last cycle and started again mid-august of this year. Must have been something in the air! Anyway, I'm still having them, but I think they're getting better. They're not quite as intense and most are lasting for a shorter time. But I still am feeling like I'm on the verge of one almost constantly. I'm on 300 mg of veralan p.m. (verapimil) a day and take maxalt 10 mg when one hits. I'm still struggling but I'm glad to hear you are doing so good and that gives me hope. I too am praying for everyone on the site, as well as myself, that we will all soon be pain free!
