I wasn't going to respond to this kind of pettiness but having slept maybe 2 hours total last night, I'm in the mood. If I didn't know better I'd swear that there is some kind of testostorone-estrogen contest going on here. I choose not to play.
I'm just passing on what I know in hopes that it might help. Thank you Bob for updating me on the status of the hypothalamus. I won't even respond to the email thing, Drummer, in fact my mood is such right now that I'll probably just keep further thoughts to myself from now on.
What I was trying to get across to those who might be interested - is that if we know that the endocrine system is involved, ie adrenals, then we can take some sort of preventative measures, we have some control measure against our clusters. We may never know the actual cause of clusters but we can start to heal what we do know - Get your health care practitioners to check your adrenals for stress and exhaustion, get your thyroid checked, do what you can to alleviate stress and support your endocrine system with health supplements such as B vitamins etc. Try to eliminate those things that hinder the function of your liver, such as unnecessary drugs like alchohol, as the liver is the distributer and filter system for the body -ie: hormone synthesis and distribution. Ok, now I'm done. Choose to make of this what you will.

We can be victims or we can be survivors and get on with our lives.

May God be with each and every one who suffers from CH"s. Your are in my thoughts and prayers.

Good luck all
Bobbie P.
