I'm currently taking 100mg/a.m and 100mg/p.m. I started out at a dose of 25/mg per day for 1 week. I increased the dose by 25mg per week. I have noticed a decrease in the severity of the Cluster attacks, but not a decrease in the frequency. My Neurologist and I will not increase the dose past 400mg per day, (200mg/a.m and 200mg/p.m). I have been a chronic Cluster Headache sufferer for 15 years. I would be very interested in your experience with Topamax. I have found good success in the past with other ant-seizure medication such as Neurontin and Depakote. Both stopped "working" after a period of 6 to 7 months. Thanks for any info that you can offer.
