At the end of my cycle last August, I started keeping a journal because of some of the postings that I had read here - related to triggers, stress conditions, etc.
Like you, I don't like to read it when not in a cycle, but I do know that when the next one strikes, I'll be trying to fill it in again. I don't know if I could write while actually in a cluster, but we'll see what happens.
