Thanks for the words of sanity. I agree with you regarding this treatment course. The cigarettes are harmful to this individual and I suspect even though vaso contrict, probably lead to trigger and rebound. I use Sansert but have not had the episode described here. I'm not convinced yet of its ability to really prevent the headache. Mine keep coming every other day like the medicine only holds it for so long. I would like a simple answer found as well. The medicine sure gets tough after a 2 month bout. It' all too true for us sufferers that we go from one to the next drug trying to escape and get some relief. I too plan to ask my neuro about some of these other options. It seems like you almost have to be desperate to get some action on this bad boy.
