Welcome to the group, although we're all sorry that you need to be here. Surf around, check out all the links on the left of the page, read through the archives to the extent you have time. Although we often disagree, there are lots of great ideas here, and what works for one often doesn't work for another.
Don't forget to post to Where We Live and check out for other clusterheads who may live nearby...after 16 yrs with CH, I found this site and a few months later met several of the folks here in real life. Amazing experience to actually meet a fellow sufferer!
