Welcome. I am new to the board also. You get real good at judging "The Beast" as we call I guess. I found that, for me, I can use Aleve as a sort of a booster with the Imitrex tablets or the inhalers to prolong the duration and effectivness of the drug. Any ??? feel free to E-mail or post.
