. . . that schools are a reflection of society. I do wish that poor writing skills could be blamed only on the schools' inability to "produce" writers. Any production line I can think of starts with the same raw materials and ends up with the final product. It would be so simple that way. However, my 8 year old started kindergarten reading at a 3rd grade level and is already a good writer. How I wish all children could start out that way. If only our schools could begin with raw materials like that!!
So, to all of us smart bears, all I want to add is, "Hey Boo Boo, wanna picnick some snatch baskets?!"
