It depends on many factors. These are huge text and html pages. If you have an old browser version i suggest you to install new. If you have Internet Explorer clear the cache. If you have few RAM memory, upgrade it. And control the free space of your disk, if it is less than 10 % free, wipe some unused files.
The first cause, anyway, may be an incorrect (or some files damaged later) installation of the browser. Re-install it
