I've taken Imitrix tablets for my last two cycles, and I agree with Todd--take them as early as you can. You might not be taking enough, possibly? Injections are 100 mg, tablets coming 25 mg and 50 mg.
I also get to the point where I can tell if it's only a brain squeezee or a full CH coming on; in order not to max out on the Imitrix (like I care when I'm in pain...), I take 25 mg if it feels like a 5-7, take a 50 mg if it's escalating rapidly into a 9 or 10. Haven't tried the caffeine trick, but I do try to eat light dinners so my stomach is never full at night. Hope that helps, and good luck!!
