I am on Verapamil, 560 mg / day at the moment.
During remission (can only remember vaguely what that is, must be something I experienced 9 month ago) I was on a reduced dose, 240 mg / day.
Advantage is: I can go to a higher dose at the start of a bout and do not experience a delay until it kicks in. I never went above Kip 3 or 4, aborted with O2 in 5 to 10 minutes.
