can't tell if serious question or sophisticated pun -
if serious question:

that's simple
very simple
standard research protocol

principal investigator designs study
study desin includes necassary conditions for valid inclusion of individual in query set

(in this case, a cognizant clinical specialist who knows CH very well would have to diagnose first)

THAT's why a lot of us are really really skeptical of any so-called "study" results that come from free-access, self-proclaimed eligible participants

you may not be aware of it
and that's OK
but chances are pretty good that only about 1/3 to 1/2 of the participants on this message board ACTUALLY have verifiable cases of the subject disease
(or any other disease-specific internet forum, for that matter)

several factors produce that misrepresentation,
but it's a very real consideration in deciding what to use as source data in serious inquiry
