You'll handle the pain because you have to for yourself and your family. Also, you'll handle it because there are some good medications -- both abortive and preventative -- that will work for you. You'll find the right meds . . . really.
Many of us have luck with breathing oxygen and more and more docs are prescribing it. Also, Imitrex injections and naratriptans such as Amerge have helped many. Verapamil is a preventative which has really helped large numbers of us clusterheads.
