For abortive pills, Zomig seems to work best for me. It takes 30 to 45 minutes if I take it on an empty stomach, lots longer if I've just eaten.
Fastest is Imitrex injection, next is Imitrex nasal spray. Same class of drugs as Zomig but available in these forms. Injection works in about 5 minutes for me, nasal spray about 10. They're expensive but I'm paying!
