It's an over simplification, but true, to say we all had our first one, didn't know what they were, and couldn't figure out what was happening.
In my case, I was 51 yrs old and couldn't believe that "migraines" ( as I was wrongly diagnosed) would start at that age. Hope your friend benefits from the site, he already has a lot going for him with a friend like you. MG
