I didn't realize I kept people in line on the board. In fact, I thought I was one of those kids who instigated some of the quarrels.....or at least participated in them. I'm one of those shy, cautious girls, who watches from afar. If I see something going on I don't like and people aren't following the rules of the playground, if someone is picking on someone half their size, if someone is using that naughty language during school hours, or if someone's spelling and grammar needs correcting, I will interject my opinion and my displeasure and give them a time out! HEY----I just figured it out....I am the teacher on the playground. HOW FITTING!!!
