In the cases you HAVE NOT the O2, or you can reach it quickly, try with the hyperventilation.
It works well for me (yes, it is anyway a more quantity of oxigen you inhale!)
Next (hope not have!) sequence i would try to use only hyperventilation instead of O2.... i will tell you (2 months to the come of devil)
