Only you will know when you should go back to work. regarding the other question about Imitrex tabs, why not switch to nasal spray? It works quicker. And since those too have peel off backings and is virtually impossible to deal with when it comes on strongly, I always leave one unpeeled and ready so I don't have to worry about that. I don't think that you can do that with the tabs.
Lastly, a simple request. Can you be more vigilant with using punctuation and complete sentences? It's hard to tell what you are saying/asking without it. And it can get annoying having to read someone's message several times so I can help them out.
Sorry about your ear infection. Doesn't sound like it's the ideal problem to have during a cycle. I hope that you feel better.
