PMS stand`s for PreMensteral Syndrome. I hope I spelled that all right.
It start`s before a woman`s period. The mood swing`s (crying,swearing, nice one minute wanting to kill the next etc....) The hormonal imbalance in a woman`s body is terrible. Some women get very bad cramping which some doctor`s call labor cramping, with out being pregnet,fever,headache`s or worse. are body`s are simply out of control and there`s nothing we can do about it. Estregon help`s some. Diet change or life style change help other. Some vitamin`s help. There are those nothing help`s, but time.
Usually at my house it`s like watching my hubby an son caught in the head light`s ( like a deer) Not knowing if they should run are stand there. They usually run as soon as they get a chance.
It`s the jekly an hyde syndrome.
