He probably said chronic paroxymal hemicrania. It has the same symptoms as CH. Headaches are the same except they last 5 - 45 minutes instead of 15 minutes to 2 hours for CH. Pain is the same, eye tears, nose runs, just like CH. They are more common in women than in men. AND they ALWAYS respond to indocine.

If I was a woman (shut up hub) and I thought I was getting CH. I would definately try indocine right off the bat on the chance that it might really be CPH. If it didn't work I'd go with the other CH drugs. Just might save a lot of pain.
