Help! I want to try the 'Benadryl' thing tonite...

I'm hoping someone can help with the benadryl thing. I read somewhere that taking benadryl (don't know how many) before going to bed sometimes works ~ it went something like 3-4 benadryls and a cup of coffee???? Thanks..
