I agree with the other posts, O2 so far has been the best medicine for me.
I set mine at 10 l/minute and can usually abort an attack within 5-20 minutes.
So far it's never failed and is my first preference in treating an attack! If
he current MD won't prescribe it, go to a new one.
The only problem I've had, is my that it was denied by my Health Insurance - so
she will need to check into that. I can't understand how an insurance company
can deny a prescription from a doctor... they said I didn't need it!!! I guarantee
if that person had just one of these "headaches", they would want the same.
I also always keep Imitrex Injections with me at all times, should my O2 run out,
or I should get caught away from it.
