My daughter, of zero pain tolerance, had braces put on. This was pre CH so I had no meds in the house. I called my mother and asked if she had anything. Yes, she said, but I could only take one. When I asked her why she was so cagey I started to suspect. I asked her if she was stockpiling. Her answer was, of course, what if I need Krevorkian and he's dead. I love my mother.
