I often see monkeys jumping on the curbs also. I only get concerned when they leap up into the back of my truck. Don't mind giving them a lift, but the little buggers are NEVER house (truck) broken and they have really bad manners.
Cars constantly spinning out in your rear view mirror either means you driving in Chicago during an ice storm, or in Florida anytime it rains. Check closely the next time...if the drivers have blue hair, it's Florida.
