Oh, and as far as being self absorbed, I can't help it. After all, I am trapped in THIS body and only know what I feel. I try to relate to others and understand thier pain - but for everyone it is different. I feel for those who have no pain tolerance, for thier journey is a tough one. But I have never attacked anyone who is suffering and in desperate need of emotional support. Instead - I try to be a friend and lend a sympathetic ear, not kick them when they're already down. You must be careful at how you belittle someone who is suffering. If a person is already willing to jump off of a cliff, you seem to have that special gift of providing that extra little push.
Thats just my experience in your "support", but then again, how would I know - since I am so "self absorbed"?
