I started at 18. I'm now 48, soon to be 49. At 40 my clusters changed to every 2 years instead of every 8-9 months. This also coincides with the time that I quit drinking alcohol. So I'm not sure if the change is because of age or abstinance.
My neuro also told me that a lot of guys "outgrow" CH around middle age. He qualified that statement by saying that he is still treating guys in their 70's. So I guess it's a crap shoot. We just gotta hope we roll a 7.
