Well, they blame things on hormones but in the case of clusters, and migraines too, I guess, they can't tell if it is because of too much or too little! I wish I had the mind of a researcher because there are so many things to follow up here.
I can't imagine having ha's for 10 months. I often have clusters and migraines at the same time but only for a few weeks out of the year. And those weeks usually end up as a hazy memory.
It seems like chronic sufferers need some serious help.
