Good points in your post. You're right, maybe it SHOULD be at the top of the board - easier to spot that way.
As far as hotmail ...just go to the website, www.hotmail.com and open an account for yourself. Sometimes it screws up but remember, you get what you pay for, right? All in all, though it's pretty reliable.
