for me I think the worst (yet) was when I "ramped up" fast to about an 8 1/2 in the supermarket
(on my personal scale attacks only go to 9 - I keep the 10 as a theoretical, I never get to it - that's how I survive the 9s, I tell myself "it could be worse", at least it's not a 10)
by the time it was over it was a tossup between being arrested or carried off in the ambulance as a mental case
thank goodness the damn thing released in time for me to "crash" and explain sufficiently to get out under my own auspices
never went back to that store though
suggestion:
the portable oxygen tank can sometimes actually be a GREAT convincer for people - they seem to associate an oxygen mask with something really, really bad, and the CH credibility problem disappears
whip that baby right out and let 'em think you're straight off ER !!!!!!!!!!
