Drummer, you are correct, the enclosure in the Zomig paks does say it is not for Cluster Headaches.
I don't attempt to explain everything, but my Dr. did tell me it was OK for me to go ahead and take Zomig, but stay to the 9 doses per month guide line. So, I take it when I can, and cope when I can't. Ain't life as a CHer fun???? MG
