They said go to their homepage, click on "Ask Our Experts" , then clock on General Health which will take you to a list of responses to previously asked questions, the scroll to the bottom of the page where there are two boxes, one for email address and the other for question to submit information. Then they say, "Hope this helps. Have a great day".
Obviously they didn't get the point. MG
