I have been taking Verapamil SR 240mg - three times a day - for eight years. Before, I was having 4-5 headaches a day, but now I am having mostly shadows each day with the occasional full- blown cluster every couple of days. Mine don't come in cycles, I'm chronic, they stay with me year-round. If I try to taper-off the meds, they come back like never before.
