GOOD SHOT on the pressure & heat descriptors you mentioned
those are little mentioned but VERY important parts of the characteristic CH attack pkg

it's ALL neurological, ultimately -
nothing much happens with our bodies that isn't the product of some neurological activity along every step of the way

as far as the parts of the neural wiring that are involved in CH, I'm pretty sure "they" claim to have that pinned down, at least in a general way -
I don't remember the proper nomenclature, but it shows up in more than a few of the links on the left of CHMB, as well in some of the clinic & research outfit websites out there in WWW land
