Yea,CH fears cause panic, but I have a panic disorder. 2 hours ago, My doc perscribed Hydroxizine(vistoril). Also Talk to Gary G about cognitive restructuring or a therapist to assist in the cognitive approach to deal with anxiety. It takes Practice and more practice, but it works OK for the better
