It depends on who the person is. If the person is a bigot making a bigoted joke, I become offended, whether it's about my background or not. When it's someone who is not prejudice and they tell the same joke, I just look at the humor of it. That isn't to say that I'd agree to post such jokes to a board, as, since that's just how I feel about it, many others do not. And many would and have become offended by it.
