Can you just think of the horrifying email I got one day telling me that I need to stop being the Black Little Christian Woman. It hurt me so much to see that because only a few selected people had my picture but you know what I did. I said the heck with them. I don't know who did it and I'm never going to find out but there are many more things to worry about then stupid remarks. All we can do for these people is pray for them and hope that God will soften their hearts. I had decided not to post anymore because I was so sick and tired of people always misunderstanding what I was trying to say on the board that I was going to give up and never write on here again. I then began to think that I am giving these people more control over my life then what they need and I decided that this is also my board and I am going to post. It is hard, I do understand that you are hurting for your mother but if you really thing about it these people who are hurting her are only going to hurt themselves in the long run. The way you treat people will come back to you. (I phrased it differently because I was once told that I was giving the wrong impression so I hope that this one was ok).
Heather, in our lives we will find cold hearted people who have no feelings what so ever but you know that the warm feeling in your heart can over power the evil. Just keep hanging in there and things will get better. I am so sorry that your mother is going through this, it's a shame for anyone to have to hurt over what one has said......I know the feeling.
