was a God send for me. Got rid of the ch within 2 days. I took 600 mg. / day with minimal side effects. Hand tremors were slight. I stopped the use of caffiene until I stopped the lithium. Made a difference in the hand shaking. I also drank plenty of water, per doctor's instructions. Monthly blood levels should be done if on for a long period of time (over 8 weeks, according to my neuro.)
