I'd be grateful for any information on possible surgical treatments for chronic CH and any doctors/hospitals who do this. I understand there are various procedures available in the US and Europe, but I'm particularly interested in the UK - not sure if anything's done surgically here. Anyway, would be very grateful for any information from anywhere on this - I have a friend who's pretty desperate and wants to know what can be done surgically and where. Thanks for any help and advice.
