i have taken verapamil for almost 11yrs on and off. i have never had it make me sleepy....but!!
the constipation is a bitch. i use medimusel every time i go back on it. takes a little longer to work, but i think its better for you than a laxitive. the constipation does go away with time.
ive tryed the melitotin before. does help me to sleep but did nothing for my headaches.
