Glad to hear you're encouraged by finding our little home on the web....that's the whole point to our being here.
I'm sure you've thought of this, but just in case, surf the links on the left of the page and print out EVERYTHING you think might help your new neuro understand. Do NOT assume s/he is familiar with clusters. S/he may be, and I sincerly hope so, but it's not a good assumption to make. There are great docs out there and hopefully s/he will be one. But there is no better weapon than knowledge, and there is a wealth of information here.
