OK, so you've gotten some relief from vomiting...but you've ALSO gotten some relief without vomiting, right? You don't get sick every time, do you? Doesn't it still make sense that the exercise is pushing more oxygen through your blood and thereby increases the seratonin level?
I think both activites probably achieve the same result (although one is MUCH preferable to the other!) and the big question here is why the seratonin level drops in the first place.
