During a cluster I sometimes get roaring in my ear, also a stabbing pain in my ear. One other thing I didn't mention is the twitching in the muscles around my eye, which is one of the first signs that I am entering a cluster phase. I keep on wanting to wipe my eye because it feels dry and first thing in the morning there is a crusty discharge only on the side of the headaches and only during a cluster phase.
