The first batch I got was a sample from the doc, at 5mg they didn't seem to do anything for me. However as the pain went up so did the dose...
I now take two for a total of 10mg and this will stop the headache in 7 minutes flat!
They do tend to make me sick, not bad mind you but I have lost one or two lunches. "a small price as far as I can see" Also about one hour after taking them I start to REAL sleepy..This passes in about two hours and all's well from that point on..The doc had a fit when he found out I was taking double the dose but at 6'1" and 200lbs I don't think the dose should be the same for everyone.. The same holds true for Imitrex. It will stop a headache if I take double the dose, anything less will just do nothing or worse prolong the CH..
This is not advice or council just what works for me..
