I did the same thing !! Also advised by my Neurologist, except he advised me to do it 3 times daily as a preventative treatment. Yep, burns like a son of a bitch. It was suppose to numb the nerve that causes the pain on that side of the head. I tried it for a month. It didn't work. I think it may have just been a practical joke played on me by my Neurologist. "Good one Doc" !
