All women have a fluctuation in their T-level during pregnancy, lactation, menses, and menopause. Only some (me included) have an imbalance. It was necessary for me to maintain my pregnancies with injections of provera.
I have recently read that a home test kit had been developed. I don't know what the levels are supposed to be at various times in our lives, but why don't we summon Dr. Greg?
