Yes, i gave a fine cluster performance for the staff of my dentist's office a couple of years ago. It seems that there is a small amount of adrenaline type drug in the freezing that they had used. I did note that the freezing increased my heart rate noticeably. This stimulant effect probably triggered my cluster the same way that a good cup of strong columbian coffee will or the same as a drink of alcohol. Initially alcohol has a stimulating effect on the body.

My method of coping with the monster is to keep everything the same. No stimulants, no acceleration in anything.

By the way, i mentioned the triggering effect of the freezing to my dentist and he changed to a new and different freezing for my next visit. The result was that i got a 2 hour pounding migraine later that day. I'll be cancelling dental appointments until a calmer time of year this time.

Painfree days a'head to all,

Brian W
