In my opinion, the board make a bit of confusion on triggers. (may be my poor english, or not, but i shout this...)

I think there are two main categories of triggers:

1) those that triggers the cluster sequence
2) those that triggers a single attack

In my own case, in the first category i put:
- a "big" cold, with or without sinus infection
- Any (ANY) nostril sprays (from these used for a cold to these for CH)
- rest period (min. 1 month) after a long stress period (1 month too)
- rainy and high humidity wheather (prolongued for 10 days minimum)
- working and/or living in areas with low oxygen level (or high CO2 level?!? is not the same!)

In the 2nd category:
- alcohol (but not ale or superalcoholics, only wine, and mostly white wine)
- high CO2 level, or air-conditioned-only areas, or (as the bedroom in winter) rooms with low air change
- some kind of food with high level of Monosodium Glutamate
- PLEASE DON'T LAUGH!!!! put a finger into the nostril (we all do this, but no one say "I do!"!) ... i do this while i'm sleeping (believe or not, my wife said me!)....and after a while i stand up and the demon put HIS LONG NAILED FINGER instead!
- to have sex during the day (not night, with daylight only ...... no no not on the lawn or street, at home!)
- moisture as Vicks Vaporub or similar, also if used by other people i'm nearby
- driving in a rainy day
....and, surely for you all..... reading a long text written by me......

Ciao and pain free days
