As a long time sufferer, triggers don't mean much to me personally. I posted something about a month ago about it. For me, I don't spend any time trying to figure out what triggers a cycle. I don't spend any time trying to figure out what triggers a h/a when I'm in a cycle. I did that for years and I realize it makes no difference what I do (or don't do), I'm going to get these damn things.
Until someone can make a post like the hiccup post, we just have to keep on pressing forward, just like we have been doing on this site for 18 months talking about everything possible. Maybe something will "click" for someone out there and the "majic cure" will be found.
Until then, what else can we do??
